Upon selecting this option, you will be emailed a form to be filled out. Upon returning this form, we will start working on codeplug for your radio. Once codeplug is complete, we will send you an authorization form with codeplug details for your approval. If revisions are necessary, Pollux Field Systems must be made aware BEFORE Authorization form is signed.
